Please note:

On average, Special Orders and Custom Pieces can take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please call Allied to obtain a more accurate ship date estimate if you are dealing with time constraints.

If you’ve ordered multiple items from different manufactures, shipments will occur separately and most likely arrive on different days to your specified address.

ONLINE ORDERING

Allied Lighting will charge your credit card in full via our secure server within 24 hours of the time of your purchase. Allied Lighting reserves the right to cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission; if your credit card has been charged for a purchase and your order is canceled, Allied Lighting will directly issue credit to your credit card. For product returns, please see Allied Lighting’s Return Policy.

WARRANTIES

All products sold by Allied Lighting are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If you have purchased a product from us and find it to be defective, please contact Allied Lighting at 949 646-3737 for assistance in processing your claim. We will in no uncertain terms or conditions be liable for installation fees of any kind.

ONLINE PRODUCT IMAGES

Allied Lighting displays images of products the best we can. We cannot guarantee that the picture you see on your own computer monitor matches the true color of the item. The accuracy of the image may vary depending on the type and settings of your computer monitor.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY ESTIMATES/LEAD TIMES

Allied Lighting understands your project is time sensitive and strives to provide customers with the most accurate information on product availability. If your purchase or project is time sensitive, it is strongly suggested that you contact us at 949 646-3737 immediately so we can make every effort to satisfy your needs. Please note, all lead times and delivery times are purely estimates. Since our delivery times are only estimates, we recommend that you call us to check on your order BEFORE arranging installation and electrical contractors as we do not compensate you in any way for delayed shipments and problems with deliveries.

Many items can be shipped from our warehouse within five days. Non custom merchandise shipped from our manufacturers can take ten business days or in some cases four to six weeks. Custom orders can take up to eight weeks. Please call us at 949 646-3737 for a more accurate estimate of delivery time. In addition, please call Allied should you need tracking information on shipments. Note that occasional weather and holiday seasons can push back estimated delivery dates.

RETURN POLICY

All returns must first be approved by an Allied Lighting representative. All non-approved returns are subject to refusal. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of receipt of order.

Orders cannot be cancelled if they have already shipped from the factory or Allied Lighting.

DAMAGES/DEFECTS AND ERRORS

Please check the contents of your packages for possible damage upon delivery. Damage must be reported to Allied Lighting within 48 hours from the time of receipt.

Kindly report any damages, defects or errors to received shipments, promptly, by calling 949 646-3737 or by priority email at alliedlightingcostamesa@gmail.com. You must call Allied Lighting and provide us with your name, invoice number and description of defect. Allied Lighting will issue a Return Goods Authorization number; we will then handle the pickup of product at no cost to the consumer and ship a replacement out. If, for any reason, the customer decides they do not want the item replaced, then a 25% restock fee will be deducted from the final refund.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for the return of goods that are non-defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packing materials and must be in sellable condition. Items that have been installed are not returnable. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Credit (minus any deductions) will be issued upon full inspection of returned items by an Allied Lighting representative. HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.

We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition with all of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. Orders returned after 14 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS AND ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

Unfortunately, under certain circumstances, there are some items that can be purchased that are not eligible for product return. These exceptions and items are as follows…

  • Items sold as Closeout Products.
  • Custom Products.
  • Made-to-Order Products (Any item that has been assembled, installed, modified or used in any way).
  • Items without prior Return Authorization.
  • Items received more than 14 days ago.
  • Any item without all original packaging.
  • Light bulbs, parts, glass, etc.

DO NOT return merchandise without prior authorization. Items that are returned without prior authorization are subject to an automatic 50% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund.
